Mr Tweet Blog: Upgrading Your Twitter Experience With Greasemonkey

  • Phil Glockner · 8 months ago
Aw man, I found this post doing a backtype search, I would have credited it in my RWW post today on Troy's Twitter script. I should have known you found it 3 days ago!

    Updated my post with credit.

    Nice list.

I have a lighter weight version of "Retweet This" as well:

Lots of good, creative stuff on Userscripts.org - could spend hours there.

Safari users can also download GreaseKit, which is more or less compatible with Greasemonkey. It's Mac-only though; sorry to those Safari users on Windows and iPhones.

Thanks for the tip about that Colin.

The threaded conversations are so nice! I was using PowerTwitter, but it doesn't add much anymore. I 'm going to load it up right now. Thanks

I like Endless Tweets and Twitter Fantastico. Troy's Twitter Script is kinda buggy.

My favorite is Endless Tweets: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/24398

It loads the next page as you scroll down, marks your last read tweet, "in reply to" tweets are loaded inline when you click, among other things.

I really like http://tweetree.com/ It has some of the same ideas, but no scripts necessary. good for when you're on a shared or public computer.

I use Ubiquity it lets you update your status from where you are with a quick command and does 100's of other stuff! http://labs.mozilla.com/2008/08/introducing-ubi...

I'm currently using Troy's Twitter Script and it does enhance Twitter web greatly.
